of them, death by lung cancer. This fact is the reason that
prevention and treatment of lung cancer became the main concern of
most country.
There
are two types of lung cancer, small cell lung cancer and non-small
cell lung cancer. These types derived from the cancer cells
appearances under microscop. Small cell lung cancer usually begin
from the center of the lung and spreading quickly to the other
organs. Small cell lung cancer often wound when it has spreading

subtype of lung cancer, such as squamous
cell carcinoma, large cell carcinoma,
and adenocarcinoma. Some
medical institution in certain countries insert mesothelioma as lung
cancer.
The
Treatment
Lung
cancer treatment depends
on the stage of cancer and other physical conditions of patients.
There are four stages of lung cancer and several substages. Doctors
usually classified the stages by the size of tumor and the how
extensive the cancer spreading in our body.
The
most commons lung cancer treatment is surgery. It could take to the
every stages of lung cancer. Surgery treatment is removing cancer
in our body. It’s may also removing our body impacted by cancer.
Lung cancer surgery including lubectomy, pneumonectomy, and wedge
resection. The most extensive surgery is pneumonectomy because it’s
removing one whole lung. Lubectomy and wedge resection only removing
parts of lung.
After
surgery, the patients often suggested to take chemotheraphy and or
radio theraphy. Just to make sure that the cancer cell will not grow
again.
At the
early stage of non small cell lung cancer, patients and medical staff
may choose radiotheraphy rather than surgery. If the radiotheraphy
succeed, they don’t have to do surgery. Surgery is not an option
again in small cell lung cancer cases.
